There Is An Art To It

Me? I enter with skepticism

Don’t expect perfectionism

It’s not the rhyme

And it’s less the rhythm

But if the reason’s treason

I anticipate a heated collision

Come exercise derision

Because I got slick lips

A read wit

And the alternative perk of mysticism

All that to say I’ll listen

If you listen

I’ll read if you’ve written

I’ll also bite if bitten

Is the tactic you come in with swinging

I can argue, and I like winning

Debate without hate

Try educate, try bringing

Perspective that ain’t just personal

No narrative spinning

Or flipping out and shouting

Until arseholes are ripping

Nice enough but still nipping

Each syllable worth gripping

But no point in an argument

If it’s only to the tip of your own cock

You’re tickling

So if this ain’t your thing

That’s all fine

I’ll be off to the next lot

With argument

Worthy of mine.
